This is what I started using this year as a way to keep track of decisions made and resources committed. Feel free to blank it out and customize to use for your planning. I like it as I have a single place to keep track of progress all year and then I know what I still need to complete. Mine is based of 24 channel Renards but the idea can be used to track whatever your display uses. My memory isn't what it once was so this has really helped me remember what I was intending to do.
Note: Each piece of hardware is on a different tab.

Clever idea. I'll bet a lot of DIYC-ers use Excel to plan similar things. It's a fantastic tool.

There have been several of these over the years, and yours is another good one. I find these very helpful in the planning.
