ssr question

I probably doubble posted this. SSR Mouser part # 653-G3MB-202PL-DC5. This is a ssr with photo triac isolation built in resistor and snubber circut. You can get other versions without the resistor and zero cross and nonzero cross. Won't this do what the ssr boards will do or am I readiny this wrong? I am trying to build my first display and was looking for the easyest way to do it.

It looks like it would. Though remember, It is only rated to 2 amps.
