I want to move some channels around for this years shows. I was wondering if there was a way to move channels without having to copy/paste all the "programming" for that channel to the new location. Thoughts?

There is a 'copy channel' in the edit pull down.
then you have to 'copy' a blank channel into the previous to erase it.
At least that's what I do.
This is Vixen 1.1.11

That is what I'm trying to avoid doing. What would be nice is to basically reassign channel 7 to channel 6 in my profile, and have the data move with the change.
Why not just change its output channel?

basically last year I have 5 channels then 2 blank channels then 5 more. I want to "close the gaps" so my open channels are at the bottom of my list. If I can't then so be it.

Why not just change its output channel?
I did this last year and it worked great. I had a tree with four colors of eight channels each. In the sequencer, I had all eight channels of a single color grouped together. On the tree, all of the same position was grouped together on a single quad SSR box. Because of this, I didn't need any extra extention cords.
This was a very slick feature! :D
I guess I'm misunderstanding the problem, Ben...? What I think you're describing can be resolved with changing the display and/or the output order of the channels, but you don't seem to think so. Take me by the hand...
