I made up some 5v power pass-through cables to jump over the REN_C and send power to the 595 using channels 3 and 6. It was an easier solution for me.

Cool, I had one here that I measured for fit on the board during design, but never installed it on a proto, so it was good to see it fit.

Got it mounted in the enclosure,.. Had to make up some more cable without the jacket to make things fit though. Enjoy

I have been looking for a cheap source for an enclosure like that. What is it called and do you know where to get them?

I need to get one of those RENARD converters for my four 595 boards! I didn't keep up during the summer, so I missed out on it completely. Anyone selling boards?
