Hi Guys and Gals,
I have been rather busy of late and are finally starting to get my plans drawn up for 2009 after a successfull 2008 as my first computerised display. This will be on you tube soon but that is another story. In my plans for 2009 I am wanting to add a Tricks board and maybe a modded setup, More on that later. Can the tricks board run more than one setup as a twin display? Thus displaying the same as the first board splitting the same controll signal to drive both dispalys? Ie, having a countdown clock in each corner of the front yard. The other question is, is there any way Vixen can run multipul Triks setups at the same time displaying diffrent things on each?
Thanks Guys and Gals.

Yep... the triksc has a pass through socket that just repeats what it has been sent... you still need 1 Triks-C per Ledtriks Panel... but they can display exactly the same thing at the same time if you put them on the same port and configure them to the same channel (panel) address with the jumpers.

The way I do this is to have 2 copies of the LTC program in 2 different directories (each with their own triksc.dat configuration file that lets them be configured to different serial ports). You can display different stuff to different panel combinations by calling the different instances of the program.

Last year I had a 2 panel Main display and a second single panel display running alongside 216 vixen renard channels on a single laptop (spread across 4 com ports). No problems.

Not long enough. It's NEVER long enough
