did anyone else get caught out??

seems this low life piece of has ripped me off for more than $100.. now he is no longer a member on ebay. i highly doubt my stuff will turn up now..

i will venture further to find out who he is and he shall expect a visit.

That's really awful J! If you haven't already, lodge a complaint with eBay/paypal (if that's how you paid), they reckon they have all that buyer protection crud, put them to the test.

I'm glad I ran out of money before I could buy from this guy (although that's small comfort to you sorry). I hope you can get your money back!

There are some steps you can take thru ebay to get a full refund and have that member banned. It takes a little time, but is well worth it if you didn't get anything.

Which one are you talking about? The first link works, and he's still a member of ebay, with more auctions...the 2nd two say invalid. I assume it's those...

What happened?

You can go into ebay, and use the "contact member" and you can get his address...that's the same place his kneecaps reside... evil grin!

i ended up getting 10 boxes... 1/3rd of what i paid for..a day after i put this up.

i am going to ring and sort something out tomorrow!!

Did you end up getting what you paid for?

I grabbed a heap of boxes from and received about half.
I emailed Jason many time and every time he told me that he would make sure they left the next day.

I was sick of this eventually and called him\ on his mobile, amazing no answer.

I received an email just then from him stating the the floods had got his factory and all my boxes are now full of water.

While I do not want to see anyone get flooded out like this, I feel that it is a convenient excuse.

This is how his email ended:
"Tabor,

you will have to make a paypal claim against us. All your boxes were found a few days ago, and now are full of water.

I'm sorry.."

I am really annoyed and I am probably around $170 out of pocket.
