Allegro Supplier

Hi all,
At the request of wjohn, i am posting this here for you guys. I originally found the chips for using in the Grinch, but he says you need it too!

So I contacted Allegro about a supplier who had the Allegro A6279EA-T in stock. Turns out a company called Nu Horizons http://www.nuhorizons.com/ has over 2,000 of them, for $1.50 a piece.

I placed an order on Wednesday and got them on Friday.
There is a minimum dollar amount you must spend, so I ended up buying enough chips to fill the dollar amount. What you don't buy to fill the dollar amount, they automatically charge you anyways.

Thought I would share this information for anyone looking for Allegro chips!

How many chips do you have to buy to meet the minimum dollar amount?

It's a $25 minimum order, so 17 brings you to $25.50. I was ordering for the Grinch, so I ordered an even 20.

These are also correct for the current LedTriks. These are preferred over the mbi chips.
