Another video added. (PIC programming)

I added another video to the PIC programming sticky. It is how to use MPASMWIN software provided with MPLABS. It is a very simple and fast way to produce a .HEX file (Thanks Don) It is a simple walkthrough and is in .swf format. Let me know if you have any troubles with it.
