Go here to the grinch wiki and go down to related items. I ran my first show with 2 grinch set ups like that. I used 1 ren t to the first ren c grinch set up then out to the second. Worked really well only with minnor gliches.

Here's my files on the ren T. I don't have anything for the ren c.I just bought the boards already done. I use to etch my own. But with the price of the boards. I rather stuff and soder. The ren t is a easy etch though, and the rs232 to rs485 converter works with no issues. I had one channel on the second grinch set up kinda of hanging on and not turnning off all the way.Might be a corupted pic or a bad driver in the grinch. I'll trouble shoot it later.I will tell you I put this set up together really quick and under the gun with little or know testing. Just plain instink and running full throtle to get something up for christmas. On 12/23/08 at 6:30pm I hit the play button on vixen and BAM!!!! it work right from the get go. My runs were from my computor right to the ren T then about 50' to the first grinch ren c set up out of that set up around another 40' to the second grinch ren c set up. I 'm pleased but I would not add more grinches for dimming I would use a ren 64 or something more sutible for dimming. This was a second thought for the grinches. Here's the link to the video. Video's not great but you get the idea.

Yup,
I'm going to update my website with the diys. The mega tree worked really well. Time is an issue and also I hate html, dreamweaver etc etc. I'll have to buckle down and get it done. Here's a cople of pictures. The tree was 40 channels. 12 red 12 green 12 white, 3 for the star and 1 for the bethlahem star. I'm going to replace the bazookas with 2 ren 24s and use the grinch bazookas for leaping arches next year.
