I came across these caps on ebay. They seem identical except for tolerance. I have no background in engineering, and was wondering if these would work.

Yes, these should be fine, except that you're buying enough to build six Grinches. Unless you have all the other parts in-hand, you're probably not going to save enough money here to justify not buying the caps as part of a larger Mouser order.
Remember, the largest line-item in most Mouser orders is the S&H. Usually, you want to buy the greatest number of items you can in each order, in an attempt to drive down the S&H per item ratio.

Thanks. I know that seemed like a silly question, but I wanted to be sure before I went and did anything. The main reason that I was asking is because this seller is about 15 miles from me, and should accept local pickup.
Those would work fine for the Grinch and just about any other DIY project that needs a .1uf 50 volt decoupling capacitor, the only difference is the XR7 package is slightly larger in diameter than the Z5U package.
I bought some of these (link below) as well as some other parts from this seller.
