Error Loading Release 2.0

I tried using Release 2.0 but I get an error message that is blocked by a animated house. Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Did you install Microsoft .net framework first? Here is the link:

I have made the revision you suggested but I get the following error {see attachment} - I am running XP Service Parch 2 and I have installed .NET 2.0 and removed all other versions of .NET2946
