From my quick look a week ago, it seems this board has two analog outputs. I am assuming that is what you want to use for dimming. I am not sure where but there is some SSRs that take a analog input. I am not sure what the range is or anything like that but I am sure there may be an intermediary piece required to do it.
I didn't look at the library for this thing but I am sure it wouldn't be a problem to set it into the code. It would be interesting to cleanly implement this device in code.
Another thing to look at is rate, what rate does the D/A converter work at.

More questions at the moment than answers.
