FLorida MINI

There is a mini being hosted in florida oct 13th by the copelands. I hope some of the DIY'ers in florida other than I will come. I will be there talking about DMX and showing some of my toys I have created this year. If you come please introduce yourself to me and tell me you screen name and that you are on the forum. Had a great time at the mini. Grages made it and I had a great time meeting and talking with him as well as the other very talented people that were there. Every one was very nice to us and we had the chance to bring them up to date on the progress of the DIY'ers as well as seeing some great shows and nice custom christmas toys.

It was great fun. Meeting RJ was great and getting to see everyone ooo and ahh over the LEDTriks, Lynx, & RoboSpotLight was cool also. Everyone was real friendly although I think they are just as much DIY'ers as we are, lots of them solder their boards from kits and come up with their own enclosuers etc,

When I transfer the photos I will post a Pic of RJ showing off his toys :D

Great, I am happy to hear about another successful PC Mini that included participation form some DIYC members. We are all after the same end result anyway.

I noticed we have 3 new members from PC, presumably due to the DIYC participation at the Florida Mini.
