For those that are local,

my lights are on from 8pm till midnight with around 6 minutes of syncronised music (2 or 3 songs) on the hour and the half hour.
5 Jabiru Place Blacktown.

I have also seen a stunning house in Malvern Rd Glenwood. It is not syncronised but the effort put into a very structured display, the decoration is amazing.

There are 3 or 4 members in Sydney that I know, so I hope they can drop by. I'm a little far for a drive down, but good luck - hope to see a youtube video of yours up soon :)

Jon your display look good. Simple and elegant.
what radio are you using as we found the audio was a bit scratchy.
Malvern Rd Glenwood is an excellent static display. heaps of bright LEDs: a colour wheel on the tree was a unique touch.

Ian,
great catching up. I am a bit envious of your trix. I hope to start mine February. Cranmer street was brilliant. there is a house with brilliant Blue LED balls hanging. Another house place rope light in the groove made by edging their lawn. thanx for the tip.

Cheers
Matt;)

Thanks for the comments Matt. The radio is a TuneCast2.
I made a mistake in not normalising my audio tracks so I have widely variable levels and am probably over driving the tune cast at times. I will try harder and get the levels correct as I have suspected it sounds a bit dodgy but wasn't sure if I was being over critical.

My family are planning a drive for Tuesday night (tomorrow) and will be cruising past Ian's place and would like to have a look at yours if you let me know where it is. We will also be having a look at Paula Pearce Place, Bella Vista as they used to have an excellent setup involving most of the houses.

I hope to video my place tonight. I went out last night and found that I had a blown bulb up on the roof taking out a segment and I did not think it was a good idea to go walking around on the roof at that time of night.

Address in your PM.

Add Geraldine Ave Baulkham hills there is a guy that has been doing Christmas lights for 20 years or so. he includes the front rooms of his house, so be prepared to get out of the car.

David,
We took a drive over the "big hill" last night. Your display is excellent. we like the music assortment and sequencing.
