Yes I am probably one of the last.
Running V1.1.1.1 (don't ask)
Music player. Do I understand that if I load music into the music play, enable it, random, etc it will play the music I have loaded anytime a sequence is NOT playing?
How about getting it to run in the background for certain sequences. I have a 30 Minute one that repeats over night and keeps power to the security cameras and security lights but has no music in it. Can I get vixen to just play it instead of having it start Windows Media
I don't see any timers to set to turn Music player on or off.
Part of the reason to do it this way. My FM was playing great off Windows MP but when I would run Vixen the electronics would "Splash" when there was lots of activity in a sequence. I took the transmitter off the one power supply that was running everything, out of the room to another room and gave it a dedicated PC power supply. Now I got a slight transformer hum but played with ferrite beads etc and got most of it out. Now it plays flawlessly off vixen, but Windows MP it sounds like a bad set of speakers.
Seems to run ok off Vixen Music Player. Simple fix, have Vixen play all the music.
