Sub-Forums have been added

I have added Sub-Forums to the board. Let me know what sub-forums we need and they will be created. This will make things easier to integrate the Renard forum and any other forums without clogging up the main index page.

I have created a Test sub-forum in the Board Announcements forum so everyone can see what I am referring to.
