Hi Doug,
I was having the same problems as you. KC sugested that i reinstall the .net framework, still had errors.
So I reinstalled Vix 2 into new a directory, I originally installed vix2 on my D drive, but reinstalled on C and it seemed to cure my problems, don't know if this helps.

I didn't have any of these errors until I installed 2.0

did a reapair and still get errors.
using 1.1.11
should I reinstall 2.0?
Doug - is your situation at all similar to Kevin's, such as the use of two different drives? You two have had the same errors, so there's got to be a pattern to this. I don't think using different drives is it, as I've tried every combination of using different drives with 1.1 and 2.0 installed, but there's got to be something somewhat unique to your and Kevin's situation.

will check which drives etc.
get you a run down on all I have done.
maybe we can get this resolved?
hope so as time is ticking away.
I plan on turning on my Christmas computer, loading the sequences I have started on and see what happens.

Found numerious files on both harddrives
Everything from vixen .95 to Vizen 1 beta 4 as well as 2.0
Thinking of doing a search again, deleating ALL the Vixen files (select all)
Reinstalling Vixen 1.1.11 again
Also wondering if the Vixen program needs to be on same hard drive as net-frame 2.0--just a thought
I will not do anything until I hear back. Sure it may cure the problem but we still won't know what the real problem/cure is.

Have family friends who have a daughter that knows computers pretty good.
I gave her several sequences that I have been working with and copied/pasted the files from cd to hd.
Well I get the same #4 error (see my post w/ attachements) that closes down vixen.
Different computer etc. Must be a file thing??
Doug are you putting all files/saved sequences
into the vixen sequence folder BEFORE you install vixen. All sequences must be converted to 2.0 befor you can use them?
This may or maynot be causing the problem
But all sequences must be converted befor use...

I reinstalled Vixen then installed sequence data using win explorer.
Using Vixen 1.1.11 version.
I am wondering if framework 2.0, being on a different drive has anything to do with it?
Am contemplating removing ALL vixen files, program etc. using SEARCH function then deleating them all.
Reinstalling Vixen in same drive. Perhaps even remove framework and install again.
I saw yesterday that a different computer came up with one similar error.
