I just fould these cleaning up the junk pile for our yard sale. Maybe you could use them to extend the printer port for your controlers. Made by Intellicom called Long-Link. I did not find anything on the web about these after a quick search. Thare are two boxes connected by phone wire, dont know how long you can go, one plugs into the printer port of the PC and the other would plug into a printer. I dont have any parallel port controllers but if any one would like to try a set let me know. I have two sets. AI
