Has anyone tried these out or similar ones...price might be a bit high compared to a make your own one

I was careless last year on Ebay ($3/each w/ shipping), didn't notice they weren't AC until I tried to use them and had some odd results. This year they saved me. I am using them with a 595 and controlling air solenoids.
