Or better yet, does anyone have a spare IC chip they would like to sell? I only want one for now and it seems silly to do a credit card transaction for such a small amount. Transaction through USPS.

You only need one? I live in the Indy area, and I can pick one up anytime I'm near downtown. Let me look, I think I have an extra. Where are you from.
