Wiring Strobes C9

I would like to wire ten strobes with C9 base on separate cords. Would these sockets work? C9-RS-SPT2-G http://www.aachristmas.com/vpasp/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=108

I'm asking because they are dubbed "Replacement" and wonder if something else will be needed, other than putting them at the end of an SPT2 wire.

A C9 replacement socket on SPT will work fine for strobes. Just make sure that your socket and wire are the same SPT number (i.e. SPT 1 wire and SPT 1 sockets, etc.)
