Boards and HEX file

This is the board and serial programmer I use, both done in EAGLE. I use Pony Prog2000 to program chip, which you'll need to program chip or a programmer of your choice.The hex file is V1 from website and compiled with AVR Studio 4.14 the fuse bits are posted here somwhere??? WOW couldn't find again. I hard wire all my stuff, thats why you see no cat-5 connectors.Once again thanx to Tim & wjohn.

I know the fuse bits are on the forum somewhere... (http://www.doityourselfchristmas.com/forums/showpost.php?p=42712&postcount=44) you need to program the fuse bits to get the chip to understand that it has an external crystal connected to it for example...
