Hello Brad,

I have the audio you sent me; however we're under a time crunch now and wanted to use your sequencing. But I only get blank cells. I've downloaded your sequence and profile but I only get blank cells. Which version of Vixen did you use? I've tried 2.0, 2.1 and 2.5 using as is and with the prepare.exe conversion and nothing. Any suggestions?
