I bought two of these last year:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0057OC66U/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
SainSmart 16-Channel Relay Module

This year I played for two nights and now all the relays past module 4 will not light. I can hear the physical click, but no power is outputted.

I almost doubled my lighting output.

What relay board should I buy? I use Arduino Mega as the controller.

We don't recommend mechanical relays for Christmas lighting. But beginners still do it anyway.
Relays are not designed for rapid ON-OFF actions. For that type of switching you need solid state relays (SSRs).
SainSmart do make SSRs but almost all of them are "zero crossing", meaning they are not for dimming lights.
You either build your own SSR from scratch, if you understand enough about AC electricity, or you buy SSR kits from vendors on this site.
