Good evening. I have this Woods 6 outlet outdoor timer that won't work electrically.

I took it apart and found the following. Two main wires, one each on a side of a side of a micro switch and then another thinner wire to a coil and then one small wire from the coil to one side of the micro switch.

I think that the two main wires are the power to the switch. I want to just make this n on all the time timer and would like some advice about wiring it. I want to eliminate the coil part as well as the switch.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks

Wayne

A pic would help. Most likely the micro switch is breaking the hot line. If that's the case you would connect those two wires for constant on. If you carefully activate the switch, do the outlets power up?

Thanks so much. Rewired those to leads together and it works like a charm.
