I know lots of people buy their lights the day after Christmas but the lights are usually not commercial grade.
I found on Ebay a company called Lee West Display in Calif.
I almost didn't buy from them due to their shipping charges. I called them and received half ff my shipping, a deep discount on lots of light strings. most of them are commercial quality lights.
They even sell "used" strings of commercial lights with about 1000 hours left on them ($8 for 8 strings of 50)
