Hi All,

I bought the .99 after Christmas sale spotlights from Home Depot early in the year and plan to use them in my display this year (Green and Reds). I was wondering...

Do these or will these stand up to the rigors of a light show (on/off, dimming, etc.).

When I first bought them at the time of the sale, I didn't really think I would use them. Now, they are a big part of the show and I'm sorry I didn't by a ton of them in case they burn out frequently.

Any experiences appreciated!

Thanks!

I have not had any issues with the ones I use for Halloween. They are going on their 3rd season now.

Ditto on what Brian said ... and I have foggers basting RIGHT on them !
And for Christmas , granted , this will be my first flashy/blinky year , but previous years static display , not a single problem . and thats EVEN under over a foot of snow - LOL - still shown thru - kinda made the snow look eerie though ... LOL - like it was radio-active or something ... ( green color ones anyway )

Cool!

Like I said I didn't know I would use them so it just so happened that I bought just enough to cover my plans for this upcoming holiday season. I doubt I'll find them anywhere for .99 at that time of year if one or two blow out on me!

I use them for Halloween and Christmas, used em, I'm guessing about two seasons now, this will be the third and no problems.
