I would suggest building your SSRs from parts picked up from Jameco even if you are buying from mouser as well. Often jameco.com will run free shipping offers as well.

They have the same specs as the moc3010 from what i can tell.
I have orderd about 300 and all the ones i have tested (used) have worked.

They are random cross so they will work for dimming.
The trigger is 15ma on that part instead of 5ma.
Your resistor will need to be lower than 246 ohm and Your board power consumption will triple.

Other than that they should work fine.

I didn't like the idea of consumming more power. Don't know if the 595 Brians coop will handle it when you daisy chain boards together.
That same vendor does have the LEDs really cheap. I ordered 100 for $1.99
