how to new sequence

I am truely sorry if this is in the wrong place but i need help to upload sequences to the website. Can something explain in detail how needs to be upload so that everyone can view and judge the previews. For the life of me i cannot do it and can not find the book " Do It Yourself Christmas For Dummies" anywhere.Maybe Brian could start writing it now?

click on 'Manage Attachments' when editing your post. (see first pic below)

Enter the file name of your sequence, or click 'browse' to look for it.

Then click 'Upload'. (see 2nd pic below)

Your file will upload and save in your post.

I can see the cells and the descriptions but I cant see any colored cells... It may be because I am doing it wrong... I opened the sequences, than I attached the profile to the sequence... If I am doing something wrong, someone please tell me.

Same here ... no cells , channels renamed and colored , and the preview pic is nothing but a black blank . ( see pics )

The profile needs to be saved into the profile directory.
