I have pc/monitor cables that I am planning to use for the SSRs. They are rated at 10A. I am wondering if these will be big enough for the ssrs with heatsinks or should I use household extension cords rated at 13A?

That will work fine. It's more then enough.

If I am not mistaken, your typical household circuit breaker is 15A or 20A, while a mini light string pulls about 1/3 A. SO if you are running that many lights off an SSR, you're probably going to run into other problems before the cables give you a problem.

And remember, there is only a 5A fuse on the pcb. The only time you want to really consider the higher amperage cords, is if you plan on chaining a bunch of relay boxes together. The box feeding the others should have a heavy enough cord to carry the current the chain is requiring.
