ENTTEC PRO development Package?

Hi, I am trying to use a program other than vixen for my lighting, and currently it is only compatible with the OPEN dongle. They said they could add the plugin if I knew the difference in the protocol. Does anyone know of a development kit for the PRO, or the information I need to give a programmer to make it work with more than just the OPEN?
