About new Plugin

Hello!
I think this project maybe will be good to get plug in http://www.waitingforfriday.com/index.php/USB_RGB_LED_VU_Meter; all files are there but i wasn't know how to make plugin. If anyone is interested about plugin for this board i will test :) . Thanks
