If I use and activate a Master Lighting Channel, and then output the sequence to my lights, the lights get stuck on the last position. That is, even if I shut down HLS, HLS never sends the "ALL LIGHTS OFF" command. This only happens if I have a Master Lighting Channel active.

That behavior has NOTHING to do with the Lighting Channel.

HLS does NOTHING to shut down lights at the end of a sequence - That's your responsibility.

Don't run your lights to the very last tic in the sequence --- THAT will turn them off also.

Hmm strange, I ran the same sequence twice and it acted differently on the two runs. On the first run I made the Master Lighting Channel active and when the sequence stopped or even closed HLS, the lights stayed on. On the second run, I deactivated the master lighting channel and when the sequenced stopped my lights went off.

BTW, I thought the setting "Status of lights when Pause or Stop" did exactly that, told HLS to leave the lights on or turn them off.

Anyway it's easy enough to add one last blank tic to each sequence.
