Hey everyone!
Man I'm pumped!!!

I'm very close to finishing my 2 Triks panels, and while I was out of town, a BUNCH of stuff arrived (Opps - Bad Timing - Couldn't stash it in the garage before the wife saw it all :D )

I ordered a bunch of spools of 2 color (Red and Green) rope light to put on my Mega Tree Star (Which also arrived!), and to go around windows / edge my driveway. It's pretty nice stuff! (There was a glitch with the connectors if you're interested, go to the link below.)

And a case of curtain strobes arrived as well. (For some of the trees in my front yard, and the Mega Tree.)

(14 of them are for Wayne - Wayne - I sent you a PM)

Speaking of the Mega Tree - I recently went to the Charlotte HamFest and got a Army surplus camo netting support set that I'm going to use for my mast.

Man!!! Once Franks boards arrive, I'll be almost done with the supplies! I'm beginning to feel like I might actually make it! (Don't laugh - even though it's only March - I have SOOOOO much to build, sequence, etc...)

Most of this stuff can be seen here if you're interested:

Or you can just go to the link in my sig to get to the root of the Lights stuff...

Wow, you have been busy. (I got 50 of the strobes too, hooked up 20 of them to an old C-9 string and fired 'em up. WOW!!)
When do you find time to work? :D:D:D

I'm still waiting on my LEDs from besthongkong. How long does it normally take to get an order from them?

Trust me when I say I know this feeling although I'm glad it's not on your scale!

LOL!
Man, you may be behind, but you're ahead of me!!

My LED lights and LED rope light arrived yesterday. I got my LED rope light from Action as well.

How tall are those mini-trees?
My wife (my partner in crime, you need to work on drafting yours) brought home 20 x 4' tomato baskets this weekend. I'll need to cut them to a more manageable height, I'm thinking 2-3'. I'll be working on that this evening.

Yeah! I'm pumped too!!

I cut 1 entire ring off them, so they are now about 2.5 feet tall without the ground spikes.

Also - The LED's from Best Hong Kong take a few weeks - Give them a bit more time...

Kevin, man, looking good. I am so glad you reminded me! I need to weld up my star! I am going old fashion with a blow torch and a soldering tip. Let me know how you do your leaping arches. I am thinking of using 1/2" electrical conduit in longer sections instead of that chop it up method.

wow, nice work. Once you get the ledtriks done you might want to test it on your computer, especially with two "screens". LedTriks is a BID computer hog and I don't know if you will get good results running all that stuff off one computer....

Thanks Biff!
Yeah - I have it drawn out as one PC - But I have others that I can use if it's too much of a hog - Just waiting to finish the 3072 solder points on the board!!! :)
