Possible PM problem?

I have noticed that on a few PM's I have written and submitted that they go to the outbox but never seem to get sent until I edit them and change a letter and finally they get sent for some unknown reason.

I noticed one that was in the outbox a day after I submited it, there does not be any way to resubmit it, and I am not sure just what the outbox's purpose is anyway(it's not like email that sits local until you connect).

Is there a log file or something that shows an error or anything?

Sounds like an interesting form of Read Receipt. What you Outbox and see if the rcxr has read ur PM.

I had never seen a PM work that way but that does serve a purpose.

I had been trying to figure out how to get the messages sent. In most mail systems the outbox is used to store messages until the connection is made with the mail server and then it is copied to the sent folder. Since I was connected to the "server" I didn't understand why it hadn't been sent. I do realize this is not a typical mail system.

Now that I know how this works I have no problem. :)
