Hi all
How do I add an avatar to my posts? My computer skills aren't the best so a simple easy to follow answer would be appreciated.
Cheers, Terry

At the top click on Quick Links. From the drop down menu, click on Edit profile. On the left now click on Edit avatar.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply but, I tried exactly what you suggested and I can't find an Edit Avatar anywhere. I can edit my signature, email, profile etc but there is no mention of an Avatar.

After you click on "Edit Profile", in Quick links, on the left side of the the "Edit Profile" page there is an "Edit Avitar" button, 5 down from the top.

Hi Kev
I must be missing something. When I go to Edit Profile in Quick Links I see the following....... Left side of screen has CONTROL PANEL, under that is Settings & Options, under that is Edit Signature, Edit Email & Password, Edit Profile and Edit Options. No Edit Avatar anywhere. Very frustrating.

I can't find it either, unless I'm not looking in the right place. I'm wondering if regular members can have an avatar?

Kev,
When replying in a post instead of using the quick reply box at the bottom click on "Go Advanced. A new screen will open and there will be some smilies on the right side. There is a "More" button and that will open a new window with all sorts of smilies in there for your smiling pleasure.

Kev,
Go into your UserCP and select "Edit Options" then scroll down to Miscellaneous at the bottom. Then check to see what editor is selected. I use the "standard editor" and I think you may be using the "basic editor".

My name is Peter and I am addicted to Christmas lights :D
Very good Peter, admitting your addiction is the first step in dealing with it. Now, assimilate! Build a big beautiful display with at least ten million channels!
The clock is ticking... tick tock tick tock... :-P
