glad animated gifs are working. The new autoscaling helped fix my dancer gif.

i will add it to music box dancer tonight.

Here goes the talking tree introducing my favorite song this year.. Used LSP coordinate the mouth movement by copying and pasting between intervals based on the pattern from Nutcracker.. turned out pretty good!!

Looks great. Nice job breaking up the frames into usable pieces.

very nice what is the spacing on pixels for mega tree and what do you have 16 strings of 40?

spacing is 4", and yes.. just 16 strings of 40 for 640 lpd6803 pixels....

Used Nutcracker 2.0 (Gif Effect) to export as a UserPatterns.xml file. I then used LSP 2.5 to manipulate the timing marks for the mouth movements. I don't know any other way of doing it... Some folks have talked about integrating mouth/eye movements with that Popayga plugin (spelling?), but that would take some programming knowledge....
