So i made a 3d model of wat i want and put it on a full scale pdf that you can easely print in poster mode with adobe reader !! so this is how to do it ! :P (this is a test i dont finished all the part but if someone want to try lets gto ! :P)

1- this is the 3d result

2- here is the setting in the pdf to print like "poster" (sorry my adobe is in french but the only thing you have to do is to click the icon like on the image plus check the "cutting line")

3- cut the sheet where the cutting line are

4- assemble the sheets

5- cut all around the lines with a utility knife

6- put the final result on a coro trace the pattern on it

7- cut the coro and VOILA

Actually 3D...

We are looking at purchasing a CNC channel letter bender so that we can make more of these complex RGB designs (trees, snowflakes, singing faces) in 2013 as opposed to having to cut all that coro by hand and glue it in place.
