It is kinda like that. Working on sequencing it to the beat of thriller now. Will have to get a short video when done.

Great job on the tunnel! Your guests are gonna love it.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane JackFrost! That took me back.

Might be your hose size, i have had good luck with a shap vac hose and you need about a one two inch gap between fog machine and hose.

Here's how I did mine (http://christmasinsj.com/wordpress/?m=201009) - it worked a little too well - fogged out everything!

I got the idea from budude. I was mindfull of the gap between the fogger and the hose. Here is a pic when I had the irrigation pipe on the end of the dryer hose.

I will try a smaller hose as you suggest. I also seen a couple of videos of guys putting a piece of trash bag on the end of the hose to flatten the fog out, or a box with a slot in the bottom. Gonna do some more experimenting tomorrow.

You could use one of these high powered fans like this guy - looks pretty efficient.

I guess I grab one of those Hurricane 1300 :pragnie:

I must have been typing as you posted I used your idea from that same link just in another thread. Only thing I changed was I used an ice chest for the chiller and I purchased plastic dryer hose instead of the aluminum kind. I had no luck at all getting it to go out of the irrigation pipe and I only got ten feet to start with. Just can't pump enough fog to get a decent area covered.

Did you use any kind of fan to help spread the fog? I'm assuming not as it was not in your hardware list but had to ask I seen you pic you had awesome results!

No fan - it pumped out plenty of fog. As you indicated above you do want to be sure to leave a space from the end of the fogger nozzle into the inlet pipe of the cooler since that space is needed to actually make the fog expand out. Of course you do get a bit more fog at the beginning of the tube but you can close up some of the holes to get more down the line.

The Hurricane really pumps it out though - I have one of those Target type foggers and it doesn't put out nearly as much. If I had to do it again, I might have spent more for a DMX controlled model but they were a bit pricey...

I just need a bigger fogger I have tried the trash bag trick and still a no go. It does work good enough to see that the concept works(although that's already been proven) I just can't put out enough fog period. I think the plastic hose was a bad idea to doesn't seem to get cold enough.

Will the chilled fog work when it's freezing temps outside?

Well Halloween is over now onto Christmas but first to share some more pics. We had over three hundred guests and managed not to run out of candy Whoo Hoo. We also told each and every guest that we would like to try and get a can drive going for next year! Hopefully that will turn out good.
Now for some pics!!

Here is a short video of my wife walking through with her cell. Can't see much and you should turn your volume down a little but it gives you an idea what a trip through was like

you by chance ever get video of the fog chiller in action? Trying to justify the 150.00 for the fog machine with the wife
