Version 5V is released.

5V requires testing for RJ's Pixelnet Dongle that supports 4096 channels.

5V requires testing for DIYBlinky Dongle that supports 8192 channels.

Please let me know your findings.

By the way - RJ's EtherDongle (4096 channels) - tested and working.

Thanks.

Hello Joe

I have started to blend Pixelnet and DMX into my show.

I added a DMX universe 9 of 512 channels beside a Pixelnet Universe .
I assume that you would use DMX universe 9 because Pixelnet takes up the first 8 DMX channels
In manage channels/ select group, I canít load a standard DMX group into the design window.
Can we build and output a pixelnet universe through a Etherdongle and multiple DMX universes
through a com port?
Thank you for your help on this

Jess:

I can't follow several of your comments.

First ... if your PixelNet is using universes 1 through 8 - then the next one available will be 9.

In Manage Channels - make all of the channels associated with the DMX universe - on universe 9. Sequence the channel numbers starting at 1.

Output grouping has nothing to do with editor grouping - "I can’t load a standard DMX group into the design window"

Either create a new work group or modify an existing one - adding in your new channels.

In the Output setup process - you should have your PixelNet universe and then your new DMX universe.

Associate the new DMX universe with Transport and Protocol per you hardware.

What DMX device are you using?
