I know it's hard to get good photos but can you try a UV pic of these?

pardon my interruption..

i have been able to take pictures that have glowing effects (i worked on stage doing special effects)
assuming you have a good camera that has an ISO of at least 800

make the room pitch black
use a UV tube light at the BASE
--prep the UV tube light (18" ones work fine for this) the UV TUbe lights project the BEST UV for this)
-- take the UV tube light and lie it flat (tube side up) take some HEAVY foil and wrap the housing of the tube light so that you have a tube (shiny side IN)
-- fold the foil OUT away from the light so that the tube is about 8 - 10" with a collar
place the UV Tube light at the middle of your object on floor and move it forward 1/4 of the distance of the total height of the object (in this case your web)
use the foil collar to act as a BARN DOOR to divert light to only cover 90% of the object.

turn the flash OFF on the camera
if there is no switch use a piece of black electrical tape to cover it very good

take 2 or 3 pictures from different angles

Just like Christmas lights, it helps to have a low wattage lamp behind you. It will help to keep the camera from hunting to focus.
