I'm would like to begin working out the sequence for a new song and feel the effort is best spent using version 2.0. Is this available for download at this time, if this is a beta use at your own risk that would be ok? Thanks.

If you're concerned about moving the data from 1.1 to 2.0, you will be able to do that.

If it's because there are 2.0 features that you need, then 1.1 just isn't going to cut it. I'm expecting to get my hands on a LedTriks display in three days and the beta will follow that day or the next.

KC, a couple of weeks ago you mentioned that you were going to be getting a servo controller for testing with 2.0. I am currently holding off on getting one myself until I hear how the testing went and what kind you had. Have you had a chance to work with it? How did it go?
Thanks

The PSC plugin seems to be going well (with my limited one-servo testing). Since the PSC (USB version) relies on the FTDI FT232BM driver (I think) and 2.0 has better support for COM ports > 4, the PSC plugin will be released with the 2.0 beta 1.

It was going to be after I fixed a LedTriks issue, but it turns out that no one around here sells RJ45 to DB25 adapters! So I'm ordering one of those online and am hoping to push a humble beta 1 out tonight or tomorrow, sanity allowing.

Sorry, but sanity didn't allow for last night. However, sanity did allow for tonight and now insanity will rule in my life trying to keep up with the bug reports.

KC,
I am ready to order a PSC, can you tell me which one you are testing with? I am looking at the USB 16 channel by Parallax. Will that one work?
Thanks

Don,

Here's the one I've been using, a 16-channel USB controller:

This might be a stupid question, but would it be possible to use the 16 Channel USB Parallax board to control lights, instead of servos? I am looking to expand channels on my current setup, and was looking at this board, but I want to be able to control lights as well as servos.
