Official? Start for my 2008 Lights

Hi Folks,

Well today I got a package from OZ.

One Grinch and 16 SSROZ boards - Many Thanks John they look great.

Now Lots of work to do.

Been Playing with Vixen (Beginning to understand what I need to do thanks to Xmus)

The cable between the computer and Grinch is built.

So far I have add 7000 mini lights to what I already have and we might see about getting more tomorrow.

I have ordered a paid for a Ren-T board
Still to order a Ren-C board
Need to put in the order for parts (mouser, etc)

Do I need a pic programmer?
Reason, Ren-C and thinking of getting some of those Xmus16 boards.
Looks like the Pic Kit 2 from ebay for $50.00 is the most recommended one.
Is that the programmer to get or will a cheaper one work? I would hate to get a cheap one only to find out I need to get that one.
