We here at HolidayCoro have purchased and built a wide variety of RGB flood lights over the years over the years and thought - could we do it better and cheaper? Well, I'm happy to say, yes we can and we did. Here is just some of what our flood features:

•Includes a nearly bullet-proof, 3 Channel DMX controller (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/26.htm). Controller is mounted inside each flood, allowing you to just run one CAT5 cable from flood to flood. This design doesn't make you run lots of cables back to a centeralized "master" controller - less cables and a faster setup.
•Includes 10 RGB LED modules (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/56.htm), each with 3 LEDs, for a total of 90 LEDs (30 of each R,G,B color.)
•Inlcudes other parts neccessary to complete your assembly - shrink wrap tubing, a 5ft CAT5 cable, a 3 way CAT5 splitter (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/adapter-3wayff.htm) (in case you want to daisy chain them) and the custom flood mounting board that fits perfectly into the flood light housing.
•You only need to add a flood housing from Lowes for about $9-10 (we also sell it if you want a one-stop shop (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/168.htm)) and a power supply. The power supply (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/55.htm) is about $13 and runs a total of 5 floods. That's it!
•Features an adjustable mounting base for ground or a variety of other mounting options.
•Completely waterproof - the single cable entrance is sealed in two locations and the DMX controller is located safely inside the flood.

Don't know what is required to hook up a DMX controller to your display? No problem, we have a flow chart here (http://www.holidaycoro.com/kb_results.asp?ID=6) that provides step-by-step guidance and if you need additional assistance, we are here to help!

We also sell the DIY Kit as individual parts (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/163.htm) and as a completely assembled product (http://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/165.htm), just pull out of the box and go!

Yea, but what does it look like? Will it light up my entire house? You bet it will - see the video below showing just two flood lights completely lighting up an entire 30' x 25' area without dead spots:

Is there a code or something to use to get them for $35? On the site they are $45.

Man, here I thought I was coming up with something useful. Should have known you had something in the works. My setup uses 8 modules mounted on a piece of PVC Sheet. I had not purchased the enclosures yet, but I made it to replace the cuts of a $6 Halogen Light fixture from Lowes. As always, nice design and excellent follow-through with Videos and Instructions David.

I don't have DMX so is there a way to run this with the Renard stuff such as REN48LSD?

Scuba,
Yes, you can run this kind of flood with a Ren48LSD. Just buy the LED modules and connect each color to a separate channel on the Ren48LSD with 12V to the Ren. Since there is just 10 LED modules, you should be running about 200 mA per channel, which is well within the capacity of the Ren48LSD.
