Will these SSR's work?

I was wanting to know if SSR's like this will work, and people are just not using it because it is cheaper to build them.

If these are not the correct specs can someone send me the correct specs for SSRs like this.

Don't quote me but i know they will work with on/off controllers such as grinch olsen but you have to remember the grinch switches the ground not the positve side of the 5 volts control signal. Someone hop in if im wrong. But that's how i have a few wired in and working fine
