converting the Ren16 to a Ren8

ok, I REALLY need a Ren 8 and cannot use a Ren16. Could someone be kind enough to turn the Ren 16 PCB into a Ren8 that can be home etched? Is that too hard? I really don't have that talent. Let me know and maybe I can help someone ot in another way.

you could buy a ren16 and just populate 1/2 of it. would that meet your needs?

I actually fixed my problem by using a Ren24.
