I am trying to get a program working.

I was able to get the first song to play, but after that I could not get the rest of the songs in my program to run through. Has anyone had this happen, I'm sure I'm doing something dumb but I did not see anything in the help file that described what I was doing wrong.

I have version 2.1.1 if that matters.

There are a number of threads about this, but here are the usual culprits.

1. Use a profile that is assigned to the Program and not the individual sequences.
2. Make sure that the Cross-Fade is set to Zero.

What essentially happens is that the first sequence grabs hold of the COM Port and doesn't realease it in time for the 2nd Sequence to use it.

If you have been working with Vixen (especially testing channels). Close Vixen. The go to the Task Manager and make sure there are no Vixen "processes" running. If there are, Kill them. Then restart Vixen.

I have the crossfade to 0, so I will make sure I am using a profile that is assigned to the program and see how that works.

Thank you for the reply!

I moved the first song to the middle of the list and then tried as you instructed and it worked until it hit that first song, and then it stopped? Is there a "sure fire" set if instructions that gets around the bugs? I don't mind starting from scratch if I can do that.
