Chicago area DIYers

I am looking to find all Chicago area DIYers to try to put something together. I have met a couple of you out there, but it seems to have more each year. I am thinking of trying to meet several times a year to help each other out. PM me if this sounds interesting. I would be interested in Christmas lights, Halloween or any other DIY stuff you might be into. I am based near O hare in Itasca. It is open to any one in the area (and area I mean if you want to make a drive you are welcome). PM me with ideas about what to do, you interests/hobby's, and your experience in computerized lights. This is my fourth year doing a show and I know there are a few more experienced guys that will be able to offer advice. Lets start with a meet and greet. I can host so let me know what might work.
