64 of 128 channels stuck on?

I have 128 channels and last night 64 of them stuck on and tonight they're still stuck on. Got data to the board that is stuck on. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Did you disconnect the power to the boards? See if that clears them.

Tied that, and left unhooked for 5 minutes.

Yes all on one board, but one problem, they're outside and don't know if I will get the box open. I live in Iowa and have about 1 inch of ice on everything. I will try tomorrow, it's like 34 degrees right now and ice is melting.

all the contriols are in a nema 3r weathertight box. almost got it dug out.

got it dug out, weathertight isn't always weathertight. must have got water in the box, board is pretty charred in one place. i guess i'll just have to rebuild for next year.
