I am hoping someone can help me out here. I am planning to do my first computer controlled display next year so I have plenty of time to set up.
I have the lights (approx 25000) I have a son who is an electrician (he can help with soldering, wiring, transformers etc) My problem is that I am completely computer illiterate :oops: .
I have been looking through this forum for about a month now trying to get as much info on how to use Vixen as possible. I have looked at the wiki's and numerous posts and found it mostly goes over my head. What I need (and I believe that I am not the only one) is a step by step tutorial on how to sequence lights to music using Vixen. A simple guide taking you through an 8 channel sequence from start to finish would be sensational.
I have already learnt a lot from this forum and I must thank wjohn for all his help. This is the best site on the web.
